Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Shipping Information

For newly released products, we will clearly indicate whether the item includes international shipping or not.

If international shipping is not included, the shipping fee will be combined and shared proportionally with other orders once the items arrive.

2. Limited & Pre-Order Items

Most sourcing items are limited-edition or fast-selling products.
We are unable to guarantee a 100% successful purchase. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the nature of “best effort purchasing.”

3. Failed Purchase & Refund Policy

If the item cannot be successfully purchased after payment, a full refund will be provided.

However, once an order has been successfully placed with the seller or official store, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
We may assist with order transfers whenever possible.

4. Product Condition

Minor defects such as slight dents, scratches, packaging damage, or imperfections caused during shipping and handling may occur and are considered uncontrollable conditions.

Customers with very high expectations regarding product condition are advised to place orders carefully.

5. Processing & Delivery Time

Shipping and release schedules are subject to the seller’s or official store’s arrangement.

Estimated international delivery time:

  • Fastest: approximately 3 weeks
  • Slowest: 1 month or longer

Delays may occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, or courier services.

6. International Shipping Fees

International shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight and/or volumetric size of the parcel.
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country.

7. Customer Information Responsibility

Please ensure that all recipient and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

OK_WORLD will not be responsible for any losses, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

8. After-Sales & Damage Claims

For serious product quality issues, customers must provide a full unboxing video for verification and discussion.

Please note that official merchandise and limited products are generally considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable by official sellers.
